What tire is wider, 275 60/20 or 275 55/20?

The two tire sizes have the same width and same rim size. The only big difference is the aspect ratio. The 275/60r20 has more sidewall height so it is more tall while the 275/55r20 size has shorter sidewall than 275/60r20. How do 275 and 285 tires compare in terms of fuel efficiency? Switching to 285 tires often results in a 2-3 mpg decrease in fuel efficiency.
