How do I claim my discount tire warranty?
Visit a store. Call or head out to your nearest Discount Tire store; we’ll validate your Certificates and repair your tire(s), give you a full refund, or replace your tire(s). Simply bring the item(s) you’d like to return, along with your receipt and original form of payment. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. How many years should Continental tires last?
Together with other members of the tire and automotive industries, Continental advises that all tires (including spare tires) made more than ten years ago should be removed from service and replaced with new tires.
