What is the return policy for priority tires?
In the event you need to make a return we provide a 90 Day Return Policy, and we are here to help! To start a return simply contact Priority Tire at 866- 440-0177and provide photos of the product you received, including any manufacturer and shipping labels that arrived with it to [email protected]. In cases of fully-fitted tyres or mail-order, the product can be returned within 14 days, post the delivery date, provided the tyres have not been fitted to the vehicle, the customer will be entitled to get a full return/refund.Orders can be returned up to 45 days after the delivery date. Only un-mounted, unused tires may be returned.Only unused tires and/or wheels that have not been mounted on a rim and/or vehicle will be eligible for return. To qualify for a return, the tires purchased must be returned in their original condition including manufacturer stickers when possible.
